This handwoven hanging has embedded LEDs and other electronic components incorporated during the weaving process.   A sonar sensor detects the distance of the viewer and triggers changing messages in the woven LED array.

As the cloth changes exhibition spaces, texts have been rewoven with new ones, leaving traces of the different locations of display.
